Skills and Qualifications 

• At least 5 years of working experience in an agency as a Designer or Senior Designer.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related program. 
• A strong portfolio of design and typography across platforms.  
• Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, some After Effects ideal) & Google Slides. 
• Ability to take a key visual and roll it out across a variety of formats and sizes.   
• Ability to take design files and improve them until they’re in a print-ready state, ensuring that all artwork files have been set up correctly, ready for dispatch based on:   

• Adherence to brand guidelines;   
• Correct color profiles; and   
• Compliance with the required print specs.   

What You Will Do 

• Create brand guidelines.   
• Take ownership of graphic design tasks: logos, icons, posters, press ads, corporate stationery, presentations (via the use of page layouts, wordmarks, color, typefaces, textures, photography, and other design languages). 
• Take design files and make them print-ready and ready for dispatch. This includes adherence to brand guidelines, color profiles, and required specifications.   
• Create die-lines and apply artwork to them. 
• Perform basic retouching (i.e., deep etching, color adjustment, light and shadow).   
• Create in-situ visuals.
